Interested in attending a conference?

-Per Local District 6, Conference attendance is limited to three people per conference.

-Teachers attending conferences are required to facilitate at least one PD per conference attended.

1)    Fill out a Request for Travel and Attendance at Conference, Convention or Meeting (All forms are available in the Main Office in a folder on top of the bookshelf.)

2)    Print out a flyer of the conference you would like to attend that includes the date, time, and cost and attach to the Request for Travel and Attendance at Conference, Convention or Meeting

3)    Submit documentation to S. Bravo-Gulick for compliance review.

4)    Forms will be forwarded to J. Hooker, AP for approval.

5)    Forms will be forwarded to Local District 6 Offices for approval

6) Teacher will be notified of approval.

7) Upon returning from a conference, participants need to submit a "FEDERAL AND STATE CATEGORICAL FUNDED CERTIFICATION" form. (All forms are available in the Main Office in a folder on top of the bookshelf.)
